1. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unopened and in its original packaging
- The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at reply@thomreonyx.world with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition:
- We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items damaged by misuse or negligence
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Items without proof of purchase
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at reply@thomreonyx.world with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
9. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy.
